We will work together until you’re completely happy with your new résumé

Your résumé is your story. My job is to help you tell that story in the most compelling and efficient way possible. Therefore, my approach is much more collaborative than a lot of résumé writers. In other words, I’ll do the majority of the heavy lifting, but be prepared to do a little homework. Don’t worry, I’ll make it easy on you. And, because I know we’re both busy people with hectic schedule, I like to prep as much as possible before the need for a phone call (if we even need one at all).

I like to start by reviewing your current résumé and pulling the best points from it. Then, I review job descriptions from the types of jobs you’re searching for to get a feel for the types of requirements employers are looking for in your field. Next, I will determine the appropriate format that both highlights your most meaningful accomplishments and addresses any career concerns (i.e. job hopping, gaps, etc.).

If additional information is need, I will email you a followup questionnaire. Then, if necessary, we can set up a phone call to clarify any points and address any questions.

Finally, I will send you a draft of your new résumé. Once you’ve approved it and we’ve made any necessary changes and edits, that’s it. You’re on your way to your perfect job!
